Oura Flores ensures maximum quality of its products from the time of purchase to delivery. Our products are sourced from the best local producers. We always find it very important to work with the best suppliers.

In our shop the products are maintained in excellent condition and our delivery vans are equipped and prepared only for the delivery of our products. Each order is packaged and shipped with high quality products.

ATM

1. Pay comfortably through a Multibanco reference (MB – only available if to costumeres of portuguese banks. Payment service provided by IfthenPay), with your Multibanco card in an automatic payment terminal, ATM or through “HomeBanking”.

2. When making the purchase choosing the Multibanco payment option, the system generates a reference with which to make the payment.

Credit Card

1. Pay with your Credit Card securely (Payment secured by STRIPE).

2. Oura Flores does not store your credit card details. This payment is processed through a duly accredited and secure entity (STRIPE).

Paypal (Paypal account or credit card)

1. When choosing this payment method you will be redirected to the Paypal website, where you must enter your access credentials to complete the order. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can also pay through Paypal with your Credit Card.

2. Choose the payment method you want: credit card or debit card.

3. Buy securely without providing your financial information or your credit card number.

4. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information needed to process or support the payment, such as the total purchase and billing information. Please see PayPal’s Privacy Policy for more information.

Bank Transfer

1. Make your payment directly into our bank account [IBAN: PT50 026901750020550637917].

2. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference and send us the proof by email encomendas@ouraflores.com.

3. Order sent upon receipt of proof. Please bear in mind that this payment method may require a few days therefore you should order some time in advance.
